EXCELLENT Based on 31 reviews Posted on Google Cal S.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Learning that I had low bone density (with osteoporosis and osteopenia) before 50 was a real shock. But fortunately my GP put me straight onto specialist physiotherapist Emma and the Onero program. The knowledge, experience, support and attentiveness Emma provides is boundless. And I really value the sense of community Emma and other clients create in the small group classes. I know that I am in great hands with Emma and the Onero program and truly look forward to each class and am getting fitter and stronger every week.Posted on Google JR STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Emma Najman is amazing as an experienced physiotherapist running the Onero bone density program in West End. The first appointment with her (individual) was very detailed and Emma is so great at meeting people where they are and adjusting to their needs, particularly for people with long term health challenges. The small classes means it is not intimidating and Emma really gives individual attention and checks in all the time with her clients. She obviously cares greatly for each client and their needs and I particularly appreciate her willingness to work with my chronic health condition to make classes available which normally would not be possible for me. Watching her encourage me and everyone in the class in her very caring, expert and professional manner means that bone health, osteoporosis or osteopenia improvement plus falls prevention work feels like we are in safe hands. Highly recommend 👍👍👍Posted on Google Ingrid STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been attending Emma's Onero classes for bone density for about 6 months. She is highly qualified, skilled and experienced. Classes are small with lots of individual input. It's the first exercise class that I don't dread going to! Fantastic for all ages but if you are in busy mid-life, Emma's accommodating approach is worth its weight in gold. I love going there! Oh and she's also in a beautiful, quiet pocket of West End with plenty of easy and stress-free parking. ps. can we keep her a little bit secret though because I don't really want to share her with too many more people. Thank you.Posted on Google anna shepherdTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can highly recommend Emma and her physiotherapy business. Her friendly, small groups with lots of attention to detail create a supportive environment where everyone receives individual guidance. The combination of pilates and corrective physiotherapy exercise is excellent for improving strength and mobility, particularly for those recovering from injury. The focus on bone density through her accredited Onero program provides expert and meticulous instruction, ensuring safety whilst improving bone density. Emma's expertise and personalised approach create an inclusive environment where each patient is encouraged to reach their personal goals.Posted on Google Annaliese JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
